Hey! Our company at Shock Commerce is looking for a rockstar Creative Project Manager: We are seeking an agile Project Manager for our Marketing & Creative team to support projects from brief through execution to implementation - specifically managing project workflow, building schedules and timelines, effectively managing milestones, and integrating stakeholder feedback to ensure the creative engine is working seamlessly.

The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator and problem solver who creates conditions for teams to do excellent work. They combine project management skills with a passion for creating delightful experiences for our audiences as they interact with our brand.

You’ll be working closely with me (creative strategist) helping me turn my creative ideas of branding and advertising come to fruition, from executing on deadlines and helping break projects into phases and allowing everyone on the team to work towards them in a collaborative and team effort

You will be helping me grow this team internally, so we can make the best creative team out there!


This role will be responsible for ensuring that creative, brand, and marketing projects remain on schedule from brief through delivery (~75% of the role) and facilitating the planning and coordination of 5–10 multi-channel campaign launches per year (~25% of the role). You will report to the Director, Consumer Marketing, and collaborate with different business units to develop creative production schedules and go-to marketing plans to ensure streamlined campaign execution. Responsibilities may also include:

Work closely with Design and Marketing to execute and complete creative projects on time, on-brand, and of the highest quality.
Coordinate the Creative Design production schedule and workload: manage intake process, prioritize requests, gather requirements, and clarify project goals.
Facilitate cross-functional work, manage key stakeholders, schedules, and feedback rounds, and provide regular project status updates.
Manage key stakeholders: gain road-map buy-in, communicate risks and dependencies, share lessons, and provide regular project status updates.
n project meetings and own documentation, including notes, next steps, and action items.
n retrospectives and use learnings to make improvements.
fine and improve processes to scale capabilities and drive efficiencies.
Manage print projects with vendors, from quote requests to final delivery.
rve as a liaison between Design/Marketing teams and internal/external partners.
Support external marketing partner relationship development by preparing meeting briefs and partner toolkits, and tracking relationship history and communication.

3+ years of project management experience.
ep user empathy, and an innate propensity to think "customer-first."

An understanding of the process, requirements, and infrastructure required to design and develop marketing campaigns and assets, both online and offline.

Familiarity working with cross-functional marketing, design, and engineering teams and implementing process improvements to streamline work across teams.

Excellent project management skills, able to juggle many balls at once, with a track record of completing projects on time without sacrificing quality.

Ability to assess ROI of projects, and prioritize projects with sound analytical and strategic judgment.

Stakeholder management and conflict resolution - ability to communicate clearly and effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Excellent facilitation skills - demonstrating a keen understanding of the audience, and facilitating stakeholders toward positive outcomes.

Must be fluent in project management software that programs tasks, resources, and task dependencies, such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, or similar.
