JOB OVERVIEW

US based Consumer goods wholesaler in New Jersey.
We are looking for a permanent, full-time VA / Business Assistant to join our team who can help our growth. We distribute products across the USA and our growth requires immediate help with new customers and order maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and possess a strong knowledge of business bookkeeping, Good English and communication skills, along with a desire to learn new tasks and a “can do it “attitude.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and onboarding of new customers, including reaching out to references for a credit history check, Interact with sales reps for order entry, send approved orders to shipping department, matching PS with PO, Invoicing , and monthly statements ,and collections of past due or lagging accounts Monitor website for new customers and orders
Responding to client emails or calls regarding invoices , shipments or statements. reconciliations, etc.

Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of Office assistant experience required
Literate in Excel and Google Sheets
Knows how to audit shipments invoices and purchase orders
With accounting and bookkeeping experience related wholesale business
Ability to multitask with accuracy and work efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays. we will need you to be available between 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month trial period.
