React Front-End Developer

Overview:
You have a keen sense of both aesthetics and software design. You'll build a mobile-first web front-end in ReactJS to start with, and extend for native with React Native. The CI/CD pipeline and IaC for system edge components are all yours to manage and develop. You build for simplicity, usability, flexibility and composability, while building security, reliability and performance into everything you touch. Instead of being pigeonholed, you wear multiple hats and feel the ownership and buzz it generates.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Developing front-end apps using ReactJS and later, React Native
• Crafting beautiful modular UIs with HTML and CSS
• Constructing fully automated test setups and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrating with our back-end comprised of both REST and GraphQL APIs
• Extending and evolving visual designs
• Teamwork and collaboration on technical architecture, component designs, code reviews, planning and roadmapping
• Providing support and documentation
• Whatever else that keeps our product humming, delighting and evolving
• Tons of experience in ReactJS - at least 4+ years
• Deep knowledge of web technologies and browser mechanics
• Exposure to the iOS or Android ecosystems
• Front-end application architecture, particularly hybrid apps
• Exposure to AWS and modern cloud environments
• Strong on design patterns and modular, composable UI
• Comfortable with test and CI/CD automation
• Proven ability to craft maintainable, clean code and to express elegant solutions
• A mindset of commitment, consistency and collaboration
• A willingness to learn, adapt and iterate
• Any STEM degree
Extra:
• Knowledge of React Native and the nuances of web and mobile native hybrid apps
• Experience with mobile app release processes
• Exposure to other native mobile app dev frameworks, e.g. Cordova, Xamarin, Flutter
• Graphic design experience
