This position is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records by accurately performing and recording the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
Duties Include:
• Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing, entering, and processing payments.
• Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and entering transactions.
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
• Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Maintain accurate schedules of financing and insurance due dates and balances
• Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Understanding accounting best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professionalism and organization skills
