Social Media Manager and Lead Generation expert

5xTalent is looking for a Social Media Manager and Lead Generation expert to join our growing team.

We've been giving service to several clients for almost a year, but now it's time to make more engagements!
And I need someone who will help me make 5xTalent known in Social Media and can make/produce high-quality content for our agency.

Our goal is to grow our social audience to drive inbound leads by posting informative content and actively engaging with other groups and companies. Will include blog articles, case studies, images, infographics, etc.

This is a long-term and full-time commitment. If you can't see yourself growing with 5xTalent, don't apply.


Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scaling brand awareness through Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.
- A comprehensive understanding of our product and service
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to create awareness of our company and expertise
- Define and create attractive content for our target audience
- Benchmark against competitors, identify and implement best practices to align with business goals
- Lead Generation

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Content Marketer or Social Media Manager
- Good visual design sense
- Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop)
- Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Experience in responding well to clients’ design requests
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword search, and analytics tools
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
- Lead Generation expertise is a PLUS

Requirements:

- Solid Background in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fully functional desktop or laptop (at least 8 GB RAM/ Core i5)
- Stable and reliable internet connection (at least 10 MBPS)
