E-Commerce Social Media Manager

Our team is searching for a talented social media VA (4 hours per week) with 1+ year of previous social media management experience to create/ repost weekly content for 3 of our e-commerce brands on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, & YouTube.

TASKS:

• Finding existing quotes online + photos to use for “Monday Motivation” posts
• Finding travel destination ideas, Upgrade to see actual infos and party inspiration with photos for weekly posts.
• Upgrade to see actual info YouTube videos to Facebook Page & Instagram (IGTV)
• Reposting TikTok content on Instagram (Reels), Pinterest (Idea Pins), & YouTube (Shorts)
• Creating graphics using existing templates & content in Canva
• Creating 12 Instagram stories per week.
• Sharing Instagram posts to stories and creating 24 unique stories per week.
• Upgrade to see actual info research for Twitter & Instagram using Flich.tech tool
• Schedule content in advance using Later scheduling software
• Creating Pinterest pins in Tailwind App
• Creating captions for all scheduled posts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Speak & write in fluent English
• Experience using a social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
• Familiarity using Slack for communication
• Experience posting to Instagram
• At least 1 year experience as a social media manager
• Experience with hashtag research (either manually or using a tool like Flich.tech)
• Basic graphic design experience needed
• Available for 3 hours per week

• Paid training
• Access to social media hashtag & scheduling tools
• We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
• Most (but not all) content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!

HOURS:
4 hours/ week

WAGE:
$10.00 USD/ hour ($160.00/ month)
