Our client is looking for a rockstar Marketing and Administrative Assistant, preferably female, who can help me out with daily social media, administrative, and personal assistant tasks.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
Transform and manage personal & business Upgrade to see actual infoanize and set the daily agenda of tasks to be done
Management, engagement & organization of a Facebook Group & Page
Content creation for social media


Must-have Skills / Qualities:
Very detail-oriented
Enjoys taking ownership over job roles and executing with precision
Open to direct and constructive communication
Grounding - my professional, volunteer, and personal life keep our client extremely busy! Need someone who our client can give a large amount of information (usually by voice message) and can help discern priority completion in all of the many roles needed to Upgrade to see actual info need of a true sidekick!
Team player - Work with other people on teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' work. Collaboration and communication with others are a must.
Marketing - has a natural Upgrade to see actual infon evaluate all the client has going on and help develop and execute a strategy of what you can do better to increase my professional & community visibility.

Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS):
Type 60+ WPM.
Go-Getter - Someone that looks to fill needs & help even if our client doesn't yet know what those needs are. Being driven to excel.
Someone who is driven by doing good in the world.


Budget, Hours, and Schedule:
$8/hour, 15 hrs/week with a possibility to increase to 20 - 30 hrs/week
Can work in flexible times but would need to overlap with PST business hours and let her know when you are on Upgrade to see actual infon be flexible in off-hours from time to time
