What we are looking for
We are looking for a Virtual Hotel Revenue Manager to work with our Australian client, a hotel performance consultants' company who helps businesses that offer short-term accommodation. The clients' services range from revenue management and distribution to sales and marketing activities specific to this sector.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally reliable and keen on details. Aside from the main responsibilities we are also looking for someone who has experience in social media management and basic image editing.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Advance MS Excel skills and experience
Power BI experience (preferred but not essential)
Revenue Management & Yielding (preferred but not essential)
Online Travel Agent (OTA) Extranet set up, management and optimization e.g.
Directory Listing Management & Optimization – Google My Business, ATDW, TripAdvisor
Review Management – responding to guest reviews using templated response guides
Daily reporting processing
Using the above reports to analyse, recommend and apply said recommendations
Complete Gap Analysis – following a checklist, reviewing, and identifying issues with online presence, visibility, pricing, and user
Property Management System (PMS) and Booking Engine (BE) management and optimization
Room Type & Rate Plan amendments/setup and replication on multiple channels using channel managers and extranets
Importing data from multiple sources into already built Excel files and saving to shared folders for later use and interpretation by us
Updating and management of our own Company Website,
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Experience with Active Campaign is also a plus
Some basic graphic design tasks may be required
