Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of hundreds of clients per month during their marketing setup process on the Google Local Services and Google My Business platforms
- Constant
- Work directly with our advertising platform (Google) support team to resolve any client issues
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for incoming client questions and concerns regarding their Google Local Services and Google My Business setup
Requirements:
Min 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role and managing a large number of projects or clients
The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking
Detail-oriented in documenting the process and managing project pipeline
Great written English and communication /client management skills
Experience with Zendesk and Adwords preferred
System Requirements:
The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
Ram should be at least 8gig with 100 gb Free disk space
A Headset with the noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
