Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has:
1+ years of Facebook Ads marketing experience
Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
Quick learner who retains information easily
Knowledge of various 3rd party platforms such as ClickFunnels, MailChimp, etc
Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
Understanding of Funnel Marketing strategies & the psychology of advertising to the customer journey
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success


Job Requirements:
Need someone who's got experience setting up and running campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager. We have hundreds of clients that we manage and need experienced Facebook Admins who fully understand all the elements of top Facebook Ads.
You will be tested so please only submit your application if you're confident with creating these ads and all the different elements.
You will be working with and taught by every experienced Facebook marketer who you'll be able to learn a lot from.
We are a fast growing start-up with a team of 70+ in Manila. Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in their career and do so from the comfort of your own home.
We need someone who has an advanced knowledgeable on using MS Access and Excel
A proactive team player
Experience with inbound and outbound calls (note, this is not a sales role)

Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
Headset with noise canceling feature
At least 10 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup isp
