Highly experienced social media manager for video production business

Hello,

We are looking for a highly experienced social media content creator & manager who has a lot of industry experience, impeccable spoken and written English and has a strong portfolio you can show of recent work.

The role will entail:

-Understanding our video production business goals and being able to help strategise social media content schedule
-Keeping on top of the content schedule and ensuring we have a minimum of 2 weeks of content planned ahead of time. Ensuring all stakeholders have provided the info required for the content
-Being able to create graphics / carousels in canva ready for approval & posting (already have some templates as a base)
-Being able to tailor posts for Instagram, Facebook and Linked in
-Posting the content at the agreed times on social media and ensuring comments / hashtags and tags are all 100% correct and accurate
-Doing brand research on potential clients on social media and connecting with them
-Running facebook adverts when required
-Create an implementation guide for different platforms (e.g. Instagram post in 3:4, do xyz when posting etc)

This is a trial role to see if the quality is high enough to continue ongoing work.
Ongoing work could also include doing work for my clients in this space in the long term.

There is a lot of potential for the successful applicant however to be the right person for this role you must show that you:

-Have exceptional spoken and written english
-You understand how to communicate in the style of our business tone of voice
-You have a strong history of work in this area and can show recent and high quality examples of social media management and content creation
-Please comment the number of instagram followers that Captive Media Co has in your application subject line
-You have a fresh and modern look in your work
-You understand and embody our brand values
-Ideally have experience working with video production brands
