The Scheduling Representative is a key contributor to the health of our patients. This fast-paced position focuses on turning inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments so our patients can get the treatment they need from our world-class Upgrade to see actual infoing us your Smile-DNA and BIG personality!

Responsibilities:

-ABC: Always Be Closing
-Own the schedule; own the patient care goals
-Verify insurance
-Confirm appointments
-Fill cancellations
-Follow up on unscheduled treatment
