Job Description
As an admin assistant, you will be working closely with the executive team, helping to streamline the team’s productivity. You may be tasked with items such as handling the executives' schedules, problem-solving and basic organizational structures for the company, light bookkeeping, research for the team when embarking on new projects, and other recurring tasks
This is NOT a position for someone who is uncomfortable spearheading new projects, can only work off of specific instructions, or cannot handle a wide variety of assignments and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role will be trustworthy, understand and care about the company’s visions and story, be excited to add value and pursue new skills and be protective of the executives’ confidential information.
This position will not be directly involved in designing or running marketing campaigns, however, as an executive assistant, you will learn a lot about the different parts of our business.
What This Job Entails
? Taking care of some light bookkeeping
? Research for new projects
? Arranging meetings and other engagements for executives
? Finding solutions for problems the company is facing
? Handle conversations between tea
? Gathering reports for the executive team to review
? Gain an understanding of the company in order to aid executives in decisions
? Coordinate with employees during hiring and onboarding, as well as assisting tea
? Odd jobs that the executive team needs help with
Required Skills
? Most important is a positive attitude -- you see each problem as an opportunity to improve
? Fast learner -- this role will include many different tasks, so it is important to adapt quickly and understand how to approach new tasks
? Fluent in spoken English
? Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

? Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules

Required Experience
? 1+ year in an admin related role
? Competence with a computer and able to learn new software applications
? Experience with Google Tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides. If you are familiar with the Microsoft equivalents, your skills will translate easily.
? Preferred: Some experience in Quickbooks or another bookkeeping software
