Virtual Assistant in Dental Office

Hello. We are in Las Vegas, Nevada-in the USA! We need someone that is excited to join our amazing team of Dentists and superstars. Here is the job description:

1. You will be trained for all aspects of front desk, including work ethics and communication in the United States
2. 80% of the time, you will be verifying and entering dental insurance, answering the phones, scheduling, and doing data entry. These are very basic, repetitive skills. Once you grasp the concept and understand the position, it is very simple and straightforward. Soon enough, you will do all these tasks without even thinking.
3. 20% of the time, you will do any tasks that the office needs
4. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm or 5pm PST (this is Pacific Standard Time). You may need to stay longer to finish your task
5. Days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (4-5 days a week). Our hours are Friday-Monday 8am-5pm.

1. Pay will be $2 an hour starting out, are you ok with this pay?
2. Hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday . Are you ok with these hours?
3. What is your work ethic when it comes to coming to work on time? Do you show up late to work?
4. How is your life? Is it full of drama and you bring it to work? Do you have emotional/family problems that you think will be in the way of you showing up to work late at this time? Do you think that you will need to leave work due to many unexpected events in the near future?
5. Since this is remote work, will you come to work with charged equipment and fully prepared to work 8-10 hours a day?
6. If you are to grade yourself, how would you grade your performance over all? Would you be an "A" player? A "B" player? Or a "C" player?
7. Are you "thick skin" or do you take everything personally? Can you take constructive criticisms well or do you get too emotional to work?
8. Can you spell and write proper English? Do you have tools to help you write proper English in case you need to email or text a patient?
