• You have good knowledge about the beauty industry and are always looking for the latest trend and the most effective skincare products that can help improve your skincare routine
• We are looking for someone who is able to bring in her knowledge and experience on the beauty industry and also help to effectively market our brand to our target audience through the various social media and advertising channels
• If you’re driven, resourceful and understand the importance of branding, we would love to have you on board


What You'll Learn
• E-commerce Funnel
o Understand the whole process of a young and growing skincare brand from product development to branding and sales funnel
o Learn about all the various effective marketing channels and how to use them to maximise our sales
• Social Media Management
o How we use social media to engage our audience and create meaningful content


Job Description
• Social Media Engagement and Management
o Develop and execute strategies to effective reach out and connect with our target audience
o Build a strong community of passionate skincare fans through content and promotion
o Analyse and optimise the process through the various reporting tools available in these social media channels
o Engage and onboard influencers to create relevant and engaging content for our followes
o Publication reach out + brand generated content management

• Trend Analysis and Product Research
o Constantly update and understand the latest trend in the Skincare and Beauty industry
o Provide insights and identify new ingredients, tools and products that our brand should research and create

Requirements
• Years of experience
o 2 years of online marketing and branding experience in any B2C industry (Skincare and Beauty industry will be a plus)

• Skills Required:
o Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
o Strong organisation and planning skills
o Good understand of media editing tools is a plus (Photoshop, video editing etc)
o Strong understanding of all social media channels and their respective marketing tools is a plus (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, Tiktok)
o Good understanding of working with influencers and publications
