Virtual Assistant/Customer Service with WordPress Experience

We’re selling online courses and memberships, looking to hire a full-time self-motivated and fast learner candidate to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is “proficient in English” who can handle all customer’s inquiries via email, and knows how to work with WordPress and plugins.

Your main responsibilities are as follow:

1. Customer service and Email support
2. WooCommerce management (adding, updating, cancelling orders and subscriptions, etc…)
3. Publishing and scheduling course lessons in WordPress (using LearnDash plugin)
4. Sending email reminders and notifications
5. Transcribing video teachings and turning them to blog posts in WordPress
6. Creating and Scheduling posts in Facebook and Instagram
7. Handling day to day admin works

* Proficient in English is a must
* Fast computer is required
* Fiber internet is preferred
*Knowledge of SEO is an asset
