Video Repurposing Manager

Hello,

We are a Media company that helps our B2B clients become influencers and thought leaders by creating videos that speak to their ideal customers. Our clients create videos that are either "talking head" or interview style videos (from zoom, or other video recording software). We edit and produce their videos. Once the videos are published we then begin the process of repurposing them.

We are looking for someone who is a MASTER at understanding and planning repurposed content. Because our clients are in a variety of fields you will need to be able to discern what part of the video should be repurposed and how. We want someone who can see the big picture and understand that our goal is to position our clients as influencers and thought leaders in their industry.

I would love to know your experience repurposing videos. What would be ideal is if you could show me the full video and then all the ways you repurposed it.

If we gave you 10 videos from a client what would your process be for figuring out how and what to repurpose?
