JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
We’re a growing eCommerce start-up currently looking for a Media Buyer (can be full-time or part-time depending on your profile).
Salary can be negotiated based on your experience.

- You’re excited about datas, spreadsheets and systems
- You are organized and structured
- You have experience in media buying
- You know how to use UTMs tracking and analytics
- You can manage $100 to $1000 daily ad spend.
- You want to improve your knowledge on marketing and media buying

This job is not made for you if:
- You think media buying is launching ads once a month and see what’s happening
- You’re just looking to get a typical 9 to 5 job
- You don’t want to get involved in a team
- You plan to do the minimum possible
- You work slowly



JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission:
Your mission will be to generate consistent and profitable sales through different media channels (mostly Facebook at the beginning)

The key outcomes you’ll have to produce for this job are:

* Run conversion ads with a 3.0 target Upgrade to see actual info on Facebook
* Create a system to avoid ad fatigue by testing new creatives
* Develop other channels such as Google ads, Pinterest, Tiktok
* Generate more net profit than your salary (monthly)

EXPECTATIONS

- Fluent English, both speaking & writing.
- Good communication with the Upgrade to see actual info’s important to communicate every day.
- Be ambitious with your goals. We’re looking for A-players who want to have an impact and grow with the company
- Be open to learning & feedback. The goal is to constantly improve to do the best we can. Also, you’re free to give feedback to anyone in the team, there is no formal hierarchy.

Also, keep in mind that I really don't care about degrees or anything, as long as you can do the job, that's all that matters to me :)

We also give a small part of our profit to the ocean conservancies association, if that’s something that matters to you.
