Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video & Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video & Strategy Manager who will drive creation and execution of our company marketing plan. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in all areas of job responsibilities below.

Job Responsibilities:
- Social media marketing: planning, content creation, posting, Facebook Ads
> Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
- Google: Google My Business, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc.
- Wordpress: Website maintenance and SEO, Divi editor
- Graphic Design: Canva, etc for use on Social Media Channels, website, print, emails, etc.
- Video Creation: promotional, testimonials, slides, etc.
- Copywriting: Blogs, Sales copy, etc
- Email campaign creation and management
- Real estate property marketing (Social media cards, postcards and flyers)
- Project management via Trello
- G-Suite and Slack

> Hardworking, behind-the-scenes type of person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadline.
> Extremely detail-oriented, organized, get-it-done type of person.
> You take pride in accuracy and efficiency and have mastery of the English language.
> Able to manage a large volume of tasks.

> Team player and with strong work ethics.
> If you like to work in a team environment where your input is appreciated.
> Able to work 20-40 hours per week. Our company operates on CST (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) and some work/meetings will need to be done during that time, but we are flexible with the majority of hours works.
> US Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.
> Can start ASAP.
