Sales Magnet associates work directly with business owners to deliver digital marketing services for their business while helping to solve key issues small, medium to large businesses are facing today.

Job Duties Include:

1. Prospecting (Calls or any sort of contact)
-It will be your main responsibility to call or contact the prospects and close the deals.
-Active & engaged accounts will be available to you from the platform we will provide.
-we will give you an insight on how to approach, what to say and what to recommend to a company.
-More details will be covered more in-depth later on.
-Remember to always reach the decision-maker in the company.

2. Creating Meetings & appointments
-Once contacted, creating an appointment is a must, ideally, a video meeting, to show the customer our products and services and how they will benefit from us.
-Creating packages & picking what each prospect needs is easily done from the platform provided.

3. Close the deal
-Once they agree, you will be able to manage the rest of the process that comes after, like filling out forms and receiving payments.

4. Get paid!
The main goal is to close as many deals as possible.
The more you close the more you will get paid.
There is no limit to how much commission you get paid.
If you generate 1 million in sales, you will get the % agreed-upon of the 1 million you generated. (which is a lot)

We are looking for people with the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — and strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience developing outbound calling and appointment setting
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
• Has working knowledge in Zappier, Google Suite, Drive, Asana, Slack, etc
• Computer savvy and technical
• Able to meet 24-hour deadlines and changes at a Upgrade to see actual infont’s notice.
• Can delegate, monitor, and review tasks in a team
• Have Creativity And a keen eye for details
• FULLY CAPABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, AUTONOMOUSLY & WITHOUT CONSTANT INSTRUCTIONS
