JOB OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: IT Technology Specialist – Part Time

DEPARTMENT: Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The IT Technology Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s tech deck and leveraging its capabilities. This position will be proficient in marketing automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving our office automation system as well as the management of all company hardware and software.
Work situations will require the teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate methods, guidelines, references, and procedures for Upgrade to see actual infocisions may be related to the deployment of new methods, procedures, and programs within broad objectives, accountability and value for the outcome.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsible for training new employees on all Rubix systems
Manage and monitor data integrity of CRM/Data Warehouse system
Will be responsible for creating and developing reports for C-suite as needed/requested
Evaluate marketing automation integration with CRM/database and set up additional marketplace partners, as necessary.
Manage marketing automation processes, proactively research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Maintain vendor relationships and responsible for monitoring vendor contracts and negotiations
Responsible for maintaining entire tech ecosystem
Responsible for troubleshooting system issues and providing support and training to implement and ensure system change adoption globally
Support essential marketing operations initiatives
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate respect to others
Build professional relationships with clients, contract employees and staff
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: 3+ years and training experience required:
Must be a Google workspace native:
Must be proficient with creating and maintaining workspace SSO integrations with other platforms
Must be able to manage multiple working groups and their unique software needs.
Must be familiar with implementing “google apps” or 3rd party integrations with google workspace
Must be able to create, maintain, and enforce compliance policies for assigned company owned devices ideally though the use of device management software such as mosyle or similar
Have the ability to weigh in on and maintain policies around document and file management with Google workspace for a fully remote and cross-functional team.
Document / file naming conventions for search-ability
Folder structure
Access policies
Must have experience with credential management and credential management platforms such as Keeper security or One password or similar.
Must be able to maintain and optimize credential management policies, with the goal of providing the access required for all organizational levels while maintaining reasonable protection of internal and external platforms and intellectual property.
Must have experience with creation, and implementation of company wide data integrity policies for all cloud based and individual device based systems / softwares.
Must be able to troubleshoot and provide support for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers that encounter issues with their devices or the platforms and softwares they use.
