JOB OVERVIEW

Your main role will be to assist customers with their computer problems. As the Service Desk Technician, you will deliver outstanding service to our clients with offices across Australia through email and telephone support. The role requires you to have strong command of the English language.
Some of the cool things you will start off by doing with us:
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, server and network problems
• Help clients with Microsoft 365 applications
• Liaise with third party service providers for problem diagnosis and rectification
• Provide remote support and training to end users when required
• Escalate issues to your team leader and action calls according to agreed SLAs

You will require to work Australian Eastern AEST Business hours 8.30am - 5.30pm

Experience and skills required include:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Microsoft 365 environment including Admin Portal, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Azure AD
• OS support and troubleshooting experience (Windows 7 - Windows 10)
• Microsoft Server (Server 2008 to Server 2019)
• Networking skills including firewalls, VPN, switches, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Experience with common backup technologies
• Experience and understanding of VOIP
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
