My name is Craig Lewis and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of a fast growing marketing agency that focuses on Pinterest marketing for ecommerce businesses. We are on our way to scale our agency and looking for a rockstar Pinterest Ads Manager to join us.
I’m looking for an experienced Pinterest Ads manager who can help us to further improve and optimize our campaigns.

I'm looking for someone with experience who can jump in to add value right away, so that I can spend more of my time bringing in new clients (there is a LOT of interest) and on the high level client strategies. Which is where I can add the most value to skyrocket our growth.

We want to go above and beyond in service of our clients. So looking for you to come in to help us with keeping them happy so they stay with our agency for the long term.

This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY to get in with a fast growing premier pinterest marketing agency. So I’m looking for a true A player that can excel at taking care of our clients.

I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, is experienced, ‘people person’ and invested in continuous learning and growth.

To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:
- Solid experience with Pinterest Ads
- You can demonstrate your experience with your top performing campaigns (ROAS)
- Strong communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- CARES DEEPLY about delivering for our clients and having an impact both personally and professionally
- Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked
- Experience with digital marketing is a plus
- Good level of English is very important

Our agency is getting ready to SCALE. We have aggressive and exciting growth plans that are already in the works.

Our budget for this role is $20 to $50/hour depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
