Need a javascript and scripts developer

I am looking to improve my experience on some of the websites I use for organizing my data. This includes doing certain actions automatically when the site loads, adding some buttons do to a sequence of actions easily, and adding some keyboard shortcuts to show or hide information.

What am I looking for?

* Willingness to do small and large projects and able to do context switches.
* Expertise in front-end development. Currently the project will require mostly javascript and browser plugin development, but the knowledge of front-end development would come handy. Ability to write python or node or php or other kinds of scripts to automate routine tasks would come very handy in this job.
* Good communication skills. They can read, write, and speak English well, and they pay attention to details. Successful applicants will include the word “pink” as the first word in their response. If there is an option to write the subject line in the response, they will write "pink" as the first word in the subject line.
* Interested in professional development. Once hired for long-term work together, I would want to help you grow and give projects that not only are of interest to me, but also interesting for you and help you grow.
* Proactive and having systems thinking. When we discuss projects, you will suggest alternates and better ways of doing things, instead of blindly implementing whatever is asked for.

What do I need from you? (How to respond to this job post.)

* A paragraph describing how you would do the first (main) project mentioned in the video. I was a software developer in my previous life, so please describe as if you were describing this to another software engineer/developer. In particular, tell me the technologies you would use to implement expansion and collapsing of the Workflowy items. Please don’t actually do the work, just describe to me how you would approach it and do it.
* How much would you charge for the main project mentioned?
* I have many such projects that take a few hours to a few weeks. If you want to be considered for longer-term work, what is your hourly rate?

We will use the first project to evaluate the work. Once hired for longer-term work, we will have work for about 10-20 hours a week.
