Position: Operations & Fulfillment Specialist (Position based in Tarlac City)

Big Town Tickets is searching for an experienced, energetic, and creative Operations/Fulfillment Specialist who consistently exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment; possess a strong work ethic, excellent leadership and a highly positive Upgrade to see actual infoNDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO DAILY COMMUTE TO TARLAC CITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Key areas of responsibility

Assist listing team with necessary tasks of listing, buying and selling zone ticket inventory.
Research and process orders and accurately update information in computer systems.
Follow close instructions of the Operations manager and help execute the company program.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures
Provide exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone, email and in person
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills at all times
Utilize analytical skills that allow for accurate decision making to resolve issues
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
Help identify solutions, not just problems
Solve problems with a "take-charge" level of responsibility
Other duties as required by management
Assist in ticket acquisition as directed by management.

Qualifications

Quick learner with ability to master a variety of software programs
Previous Administrative is must
Prove strong attention to detail
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values
Sound understanding of competitive knowledge and industry trends
Ability to interact with all levels of management
High level of commitment and a strong drive to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills and open minded attitude

Schedule Expectations: 40 hrs per week. Schedule will vary by team needs and you must be at work in our office in Tarlac City for each shift unless otherwise approved by Operations Manager
