Jr. Influencer Relationship Assistant (Work from Home)

THE ROLE:
Love working with influencers and using social media?

The Influencer Marketing Relations VA we are looking for plays an integral part in our growth strategy. We are seeking a digitally savvy marketing mind to execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

The position is responsible for contracting and developing relationships with bloggers and influencers, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok in particular.

This is a fully distributed Home-based, Project-based position!

What you will do:
• Identify and build relationships with influencers using predefined templates
• Actively scout for new faces and emerging talents
• Be able to analyze competition's influencers
• Maintain an influencer database
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Work on fast deadlines
• Monitor influencer campaigns (check on influencers each day to make sure posts are going up, being posted correctly, etc.)

• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Well-organized with great time management skills
• Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills
• Positive self-starter and strategic thinker
• Be able to work [FULL TIME/PART TIME]
• Comfortable working under a remote supervisor
• Willing to learn influencer marketing software on the job
• Negotiation skills are a plus
