You will working directly with our head of marketing, acting as an extension of the management team & taking ideas discussed from idea through to completion!

We have a team of people you can work with to get projects completed (from a team of 19 full-time, various outside contractors, and an Open Wallet to hire or contract anyone nessisary to get the job done!

This is a FULL-TIME role and requires some key skills...
You Will...
- Have exceptional written English and experience in content writing (either blogs or ghost writing)...
- Be able to take concepts or ideas, then plan and manage other people to get the result as fast as possible. We have existing systems, processes and team to follow and support you.
- Be confident in gathering and creating reports from various tools so we can make data-based decisions ie. Google analytics, CRM, Google Sheets, landing page conversion rates,
- Comfortable providing admin support to the marketing manager in emails, managing his calendar / to-do list and occasional personal tasks
- Be able to research both our internal drives for various resources / files and also research external sources and provide a summary or solution
- Watching videos and editing / formatting into a free marketing guide for download
- Ability to prepare meeting presentations from stats, insights and other feedback to present to the team (google slides)
- Attend meetings and take notes, add action items to our project management software and pull the team to getting these done

- Webmaster / Digital marketing / Marketing automation skills would be great but not required

You will also have:
- Great attention to detail in everything you do...
- Strive to create & improve processes, improcing upon the way we do things as you will be in charge of this area and need to OWN IT...
- Have the confidence to speak up and provide solutions if you can see a better way of achieving a goal
