Virtual Assistant for PriceScope

The PriceScope team is looking for a great General Virtual Assistant to support the team with day-to-day admin tasks to provide clients with world-class support and service. PriceScope is the largest online diamond and jewelry community in the world with over 100,000 Registered Members and over 400,000 unique visitors per month.

As a Virtual Assistant for PriceScope you will assist the team with various admin tasks across operations and account management. You’ll be responsible for research for potential vendors and advertisers, research for blogs and content, email management, and more. We’re looking for a team player who is VERY detail-oriented, organized and efficient. Someone who enjoys working across a team and has demonstrated great collaboration and communication skills.

The VA tasks include, but are not limited to email management, data entry, research, reporting, organizing files, , drafting documents, etc.

You are willing to become familiar with who we are and what we strive to do.

You’re computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools as we adopt them. You’re meticulous with detail and have a great hold with project management.


Responsibilities:

Research potential vendors/advertisers
Start and respond to conversations with approved potential vendors/advertisers
Assist with setting up first sales call with our Marketing Director
General industry research for blogs/regular PriceScope content for our CEO
Manage dummy PS email accounts – collect and organize data, continue to track
General Admin tasks (i.e. emails, data entry, etc.)


Job Details:

10-20 hours per week with at least 2 hours daily crossover with the US Central time zone.
Someone who is detailed, well-written, and can express themselves professionally and efficiently. Someone organized who can create summarized Word/Google Docs/PDFs with links, etc.

Job Requirements:

Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, a smartphone, and a computer.
Backup internet and electricity plan. (Example: For internet, at least pocket wifi, nearby 24/7 cafe, living relatives nearby.)
Highly organized and task-oriented.
Extremely timely with delivery of tasks.
Ability to gain familiarity with our programs and philosophy are a must.
The ability to communicate and work with our team members.
The ability to grow with our team and the dynamic nature of our work.
Skills: GSuite, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting
Comfortable learning new online software (if not familiar with some of the above)
