The Recruiting Assistant is involved in our company's recruiting process. You will be working with our Human Resources Manager and must specialize in the recruitment of candidates for employment with our company.
Job duties include:
Posting/Updating Jobs
Contacting potential candidates
Scheduling interviews
Following up during the recruitment process
Verify paperwork has been completed
Updating employee records
Assist with HR Manager
You may also perform background checks and verify a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Qualifications for this position include an undergraduate degree and past experience with administrative work and experience with recruiting.

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Slack
Zoom
Various Job board platforms
