Podcast Assistant (Video/Audio/Graphic Design)

I am looking for a part-time podcast assistant. You will be doing a variety of tasks including video editing with captions, thumbnail editing, and audio editing

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Experience in graphic design is REQUIRED ( Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred)
Experience in video editing is REQUIRED (Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred)
Experience in audio editing is a REQUIRED

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job

You will be:
Editing Podcast episodes and add intros/outros as well as make sure the audio sounds good .
Editing thumbnails for Youtube videos and editing videos themselves with captions and key points through the video (Must know how to do this already or willing to quickly learn).

About me:
I work full-time at a Fortune 500 SaaS company in a sales capacity but on the side I run a podcast called Winning Streaks which I am hoping to eventually grow into a business and monetize from it. I currently launch 1 episode per week but with the help of a VA I am hoping to increase that to 2 or 3 times a week.
