Requirements:
* Min. 2 years of work experience in customer service & sales support
* Fluency in English, both written and oral
* Experience using Zendesk
* Experience using Zoom to do videocalls with customers
* Excellent writing and typing skills
* Work midnight to 8am PHT, Tue to Sat
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Provide professional, patient and efficient support to customers
* Zendesk tickets are responded to professionally & quickly
* Search for qualified KB articles and provide related solutions
* Maintain an understanding of Ovou products
