You have a good foundation of both customer service skills and technical knowledge. You will serve as a liaison between our clients, delivery, and development team. Your ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment will help deliver timely and effective resolutions to our clients.
Provide support for MSPbots customers as well as internal teams, primarily customer success and sales
Educate current and prospective customers about the company’s products and services by presenting informative pitches and demonstrations to leads and answering questions
Assist new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, and providing troubleshooting tips
Diagnose technical issues and assist with repair requests by assuming ownership of support cases and following through until the case has been closed or reassigned to another individual or department
Compile a database of common questions or issues in order to develop FAQs or troubleshooting guides
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of product support or equivalent capacity preferably within enterprise software or SaaS
Data Analysis experience is a huge plus!
Background in ConnectWise and other MSP management software (Autotask, ServiceNow, etc) is a huge plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to establish a strong business relationship with clients and stakeholders
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
