Virtual assistance/Box truck dispatcher

Looking for an office admin/ Dispatcher for United States trucking company. Aria express has two box trucks and works with 2 other owner operators. Looking for candidates that have experience in the logistics business. The following are day to day tasks that must be complete.

Book and dispatch loads to drivers
Negotiations with brokers
Knowledge of DAT and Sylectus. (Will train)
Collecting of BOL and POD
Responding to emails
Submit paper work for factoring
Must work in the same time zone
Knowledge of HOS and DOT compliance
