Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
-Write content for blogs and marketing materials
-Prepare graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and Canva presentations
-Create marketing video materials
-Gather Industry Data and Research
-Presenting data in an easy-to-understand format
-Schedule meetings and arrange the employer’s calendar
-Organize Content
-Client Outreach
-Prepare and organize reports
-Take notes or transcribe meetings
-Handle confidential employer and client information
Skills:
Basic Graphic Editing, Fluent in speaking and Writing English, Good Communications skills, Organized, Prompt, Responsive, Punctual, Trustworthy / Honest, Professional
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
-Experience with Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, or Canva
-With experience working graveyard
-Ability to read and write notes in English
-Experience Using CRM, Google Hangouts, and zoom
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone,
-Excellent time management skills
