We are currently looking for a leads manager. The lead manager’s purpose is to help the company create more leads through courteous and professional reception of calls and the effective qualifying of prospects. Pulling list from our source will be taught efficiently and thoroughly.

The type of person we are looking for:

The following tasks are to be complete daily:

• Pull calling lists from sources send them to be skip traced
• Upload skip traced lists into system for cold callers
• Qualify incoming calls
• Set qualified lead appointments for acquisition manager
• Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads
• Use script to qualify all leads.
Skills Needed:

• Ability to write, read, and speak clear English

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

• The ability to follow direction

• The ability to analyze information and draw a conclusion
