Media Buyer / Shopify Dropshipping Expert

We are urgently looking for a Media Ad Buyer / Dropshipping Expert.

Must have:
* Entrepreneurial mindset and/or any experience in e-commerce / online business
* Prior sales background, or customer-focused job experience
* Knowledge of Shopify platform
* Experience with dropshipping
* Prior experience in helping or teaching others how to manage their own e-commerce shop
* An interest to learn more about online business, advertising, dropshipping, and e-commerce
* Knowledgeable in using Google Workspace


What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with US-based clients on their dropshipping / E-commerce journey with us and help them be successful
* Communicate in fluent English, both verbal and written
* Collaborate with our customers and help make custom Shopify stores
* Provide timely updates and answer questions from clients via phone, instant message, or email
* Support clients in different time zones on a regular basis
* Provide website walkthrough, and general day-to-day question answering for our clients
* Navigate and manage Business Manager Accounts on Upgrade to see actual info and Ad Accounts on Facebook
* Make Facebook Pixel for websites, and monitor the analytics it produces for trends to exploit
* Provide customer service to customers with issues, escalations, returns, merchant problems, or chargebacks
* Partner with creative media team to partner generating product videos and other media

REQUIREMENTS
Shopify Dropshipping Experience
Fb Ad Experience
Fluent English
Willing to work graveyard shifts - Willing to learn TikTok ads
TIK TOK ADS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
