Human Resources Recruiter / Assistant

HealthMax Physiotherapy is looking for full time recruiter to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, social media career fairs, online platforms
Pre-screen job candidates
Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Inform candidates fully about the job and Upgrade to see actual infoief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
Conduct references checks
Facilitate pre-employment testing as well as new employee onboarding and orientation
Manage all communication with candidates

SALARY RANGE: Based on experience.
