With VitaWerks, Nursing/Long Term Care facilities as well as hospitals find their match nurses and healthcare professionals. There are thoughts of healthcare jobs out there going unfilled everyday. We have a "so called" shortage in healthcare staff. Regional Operations Manager is self-motivated and results-driven to direct and manage our organization's business activities in the assigned region or customer base. This position manages a team for the required region. His/Her prime responsibility is to achieve the desired shift quota target set by the management team while supervising/developing the organization in the region assigned.

Duties for the Regional Operations Manager will include allocating resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, hiring employees, identifying business opportunities, and addressing any customer concerns. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful Regional Operations Manager should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive shifts quota and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.


Tasks including but not limited to
1. Achieve the KPI’s by the Management team.
2. Overseeing daily business operations and manage a team of Facility Account Managers and Nurse Champions for the assigned region.
3. Maximizing the team and facilities on the number of hours.
4. Improving revenue.
5. Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve the completed shifts target.
6. Delegating the task to the team to work efficiently.
7. Set goals for the team for the number of staff being filled and completing their shifts at the facilities.
8. Strategizing and planning for staff canceling their shifts and able to fill it up.
8. Checking team and individual performance and how to improve. Evaluating performance and productivity.
9. Training low-level managers and staff.
10. Hiring employees.
11. Generating reports and giving presentations.
