We are Women-Owned healthy sprouted nut snack brand based in Nashville, TN in the United States! We sell our snacks in grocery stores, Amazon, our website and other locations such as hotels and airports.
This job would be reporting to the COO (Chief Operating Officer).
Full time hours are 6am - 3pm PT (Pacific Time) with a one hour lunch break.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Very adept at Microsoft Excel -- experienced with spreadsheets, formulas, models
-FAST LEARNER! Tell me about a software you had to learn quickly
-High attention to detail
-Written mastery of English is a must
-Comfortable talking to customers on the phone about our product
-Inventory management and/or accounting experience is required
-Ideally experienced managing DEAR Systems or similar ERP
Ideally, this would be a full time or start as part time and grow as you show your ability to handle more tasks and responsibility.
THE JOB:
Inventory Management:
-Enter POs (Purchase Orders) and Sales Orders in DEAR Systems (our inventory management system -- we will teach you how to use)
-Place purchase orders for raw materials (i.e. ingredients) from our suppliers and find new back-up suppliers
-Enter and send 3PL requests to co-packer
-Send out samples via online portal, Shopify
-Get freight rates and book freight. Arrange freight pickups via
-Create shipping labels in ShipStation for retail orders (via Mable, Faire, airports, etc)
Customer Service:
-Respond to all customer service
-Reach out to our direct retailers to see how things are going, how we can help and encourage them to place reorders (we’d provide script and you would copy one of us to jump in and answer any hard questions)
Potential Projects:
--Learn about and eventually manage co-packer relationships, with the ability to clearly communicate inventory needs and production planning
-Research and reach out to potential ingredient suppliers, box printers/suppliers, custom branded item ("swag") for pricing/options, etc.
