Chief financial officer or Accountant

Looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer who has experience in the real estate/construction or development industry or an industry within which you gained comparable and transferable skills. Must be able to create budgets, company financials, sales forecasts, cash flow projections and help a company fun smoothly. Must be able to create and implement policies and procedures. Being able to prepare real esate project proformas is a plus.
