We're looking for the right talented leader to handle all of the office activities for a fast-growing property management company in San Diego, CA USA. The Property Manager position is managing all activities from the beginning to the end.
The 3 largest components of this position are:
1. Using Buildium Property Management and Quickbooks to manage properties, tenants, landlords and payments
2. Posting and managing property listings, tenant applications and showings
3. Coordinating repairs and ongoing property maintenance with vendors.

Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Accounting or higher equivalent education
-Strong Accounting proficiency (QuickBooks)
-Strong Proficiency in Buildium Property Management Software
-English (Advanced Reading/Writing/Speaking)

Job responsibilities:
-Monthly rent reconciliation
-Monthly QuickBooks accounting
-New rental onboarding
-Lease preparation and DocuSign
-Inbound calls regarding property showing
-Inputting property marketing information
-Tenant Application coordination and screening
-Coordinate tenant repair requests with tenants and repair vendors
-Develop and write Standard Operation Procedures
-Whatever else it takes to get the job done
