English and understanding keyword research is very important! If you have experience with Tubebuddy and/or VidIQ that's a BONUS. If editing videos and creating thumbnails are not your specialty that is fine, I do have access to other video editors but the sourcing and uploading content consistently, as well as optimizing the videos is very important.
