Hi!! This is Merita!! CENTURY 21 Cornerstone has been the leading Real Estate team in Los Angeles County, Orange County, CA area for years and we are currently looking for an Assistant that can help us with managing the different sources of leads that the company is signed up for. Follow up with agents to keep the apps updated and make sure they are attending all training the platforms require. Give me reports on a weekly basis on numbers of leads coming in daily and ytd followed by the report of leads that can be turned into transactions and when. Monitor the leads so they are followed up by agents immediately and that the agents are following up properly as time goes by.

* Proficient with Ylopo, Zillow, OJO, Upnest, Opcity, FindMyAgent, and Redfin
* Someone who loves to communicate with people through writing & language
* Persistent, aggressive and driven
* Excellent in communication
* Good with speaking and writing in English
* Very organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Someone who has a positive attitude
* A solution provider
* Proactive
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 9 am - 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
