Job Description:
As a Financial Market and Accounting Analyst, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management, lead generation, CRM database management and web analytics. You will be responsible for external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across Upgrade to see actual info addition, you will be expected to work with other marketing and sales groups to develop and track email campaigns that drive business results across B2B and B2C customer channels. You will also conduct complex data analyses across paid media, CRM and website analytics that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Accounting/Bookkeeping Tasks:
Recording and maintaining the company’s financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses and sales revenue.
Knowledgeable in payroll
Knowledgeable in Quickbooks
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Daily bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Audit
Other projects as requested

Financial Marketing Tasks:
Assist in day-to-day product management activities; new item set-up, pricing and vendor support.
Support price change functions and activities within the business
Run regular sales reporting to analyze market data and assist in decision making.
Identify and analyze metrics to measure and optimize the marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to Upgrade to see actual infovestigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to Upgrade to see actual infotablish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
