Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Position Summary:

Core responsibilities:

- Looking through products from various retailers, and entering specified data into our tracking sheets
- Finding accurate product matches on Amazon, and collecting listing information
- Placing orders for items from various retailers according to specifications that will be provided
- Entering these orders in our tracking systems
- Follow up on these orders and update the records appropriately
- Updating the purchase accounting sheet and ensuring accurate data entry
- Timely verification of pending orders to ensure they are quickly processed, allowing us to provide the best possible experience to the customer.
- Resolve product issues highlighted by the inventory management system.
- Online purchasing support as required
- Other duties as assigned.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday 8 hour a day Upgrade to see actual infoom our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, we need them to be available for at least a five hour period between 9AM EST - 5PM EST Monday through Friday. We also need our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to have a reliable internet and fast internet connection and a reliable computing device. We would prefer applicants who have done data entry in the past in an environment that required high accuracy.
