Sound Decisions is a US-based and Philippines-based talent agency focused on placing qualified candidates into full-time roles.
We are searching for a marketing manager to work for one of our client marketing firms, guiding 1 client on producing assets for their marketing. This person is a facilitator and needs a good all-around skill set and will be backed up by a team of experts to meet client timelines. Our client has an average employee tenure of 6 years and strives to provide the best employment environment possible for a team of 7.
In this role, you will be expected to work closely with the client's client (A CPA Firm) helping them organize assets and marketing initiatives. This is a great role for someone who loves to plan organize and execute.
-Effective communication skills including a solid grasp of English -grammar and professional writing ability
-WordPress experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
-Solid technical skills
-Intermediate graphics design (Canva is fine, Photoshop is preferred)
-Experience in conducting research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, campaign results, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
The ideal candidate:
-Experience in Mailchimp, Chatbot, and Google Optimize.
-Experience in Graphic design and CSS Coding is a plus.
-Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
-Knowledge of several technical skills is a plus.
-Quick to learn and able to understand audiences.
-Fluent English speaker (having accents is fine, as long as you’re using proper English syntax).
-Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
-Experience with research and process development using data analytics software.
