Seeking an experienced VA for a technology company in the U.S.A.

Our company, Cherry, is looking for a part-time General Virtual Assistant to support the team with day-to-day operational tasks to provide clients with world-class support and service for an on-demand technology company.

As a virtual assistant, you will (after training) handle various admin tasks across daily operations and account management. We’re looking for a team player who is EXTREMELY detail-oriented, organized and efficient. Someone who enjoys working across a team and has demonstrated great collaboration and communication skills.

The VA tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling of appointments, communicating with customers and professionals in the beauty industry via SMS/email/phone calls, data entry, reporting, inbox management, drafting documents, etc.

Work hours is during the grave yard shift Manila Time. Must be able to work during weekends.

Our ideal candidate is...

Comfortable with technology
You’re computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools as we adopt them. Ability to easily utilize several webpages simultaneously is required for daily operations. Experience with spreadsheet and document management . Use of CRM, email marketing platforms, and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite or Google documents as tools is also a major plus.

You will be in charge of scheduling with our professionals, managing the inbox, drafting responses and communicating information back to the team. A complete command of English will be vital in this role to ensure our team has a great collaborative relationship and we maintain good relationships with our clients.

You’re meticulous with detail, organized, process-oriented, and have a great hold with project management. You will be responsible for managing important data and files so it is imperative that you have experience paying extreme attention to detail.

The scheduling and support aspects of this role require a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple appointments at a time (especially during peak hours). You have good time management skills and deliver tasks on time. A can-do attitude and ability to independently handle basic operations is a quality we are looking for in this role.
