Sales Trainer

Sales Trainer Job Responsibilities:

Mon – Fri, based on training schedule and preparation schedule Estimate - MWF 3-4 hours / T,Th 3+ hours

Primary task: To learn our product offering and effectively train outside salespeople to sell our system to merchants.

Sales Trainer Job Duties:

• Train new hires as sales reps in primary product knowledge for the products and services we offer

• Conduct reviewing and training in effective sales techniques and methods for best practices in selling the system.

• Do research into the various related markets and our competition to best prepare salespeople with current knowledge needed to deal with merchants

• Developing coaching plans and supporting documentation for training

• maintaining policy and procedure resources

• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; working with other teams to develop sales support methods and resources along with integrating support with routine job functions.

• Will work directly with the Director of Development to receive, coordinate, and accomplish goals, providing resources and assistance.


Sales Trainer should be skilled with -

• Read and write proficiently in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications
