We're looking for long-term, ongoing cooperation. The first days/weeks are dedicated to training.

You will:

1. Handle emails coming from our Suppliers and Distributors

2. Processing Orders with suppliers (Email + Phone)

3. Making sure the order is delivered to the client

4. Performing day-to-day admin tasks

5. Cooperate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and report to the superiors

6. Solve customers' problems after the purchase

7. Processes cancelations, refunds, & returns

8. Communicate with the warehouse to ensure we're delivering all orders on time

9. Handle books, accounting properly the transactions and purchases

10. Update customers about the status of their orders

SCHEDULE SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

8 AM - 4 PM US Eastern Time, 6 days a week
OR
12 PM - 8 PM US Eastern Time, 6 days a week


What you need:

- Excellent spoken English & confidence in speaking on the phone

- At least 1 year home based Job Experience

- Great time management skills

- Strong internet connection - we don't want this to slow you down. 10+ Mbps (Upgrade to see actual info)

- Excellent knowledge of admin tools

- Can-do mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- 100% Availability during the schedule of your choice
