Job Overview

Back-Office Support is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payments as assigned by the Supervisor. Using basic analytical and problem-solving skills, The Back Office Support is expected to fully examine and resolve all problems initially assigned to each claim.

Online Banking
Data Entry
Data Maintenance

Job Requirements

Comprehension – must be able to fully understand the nature of the query and take appropriate action.
Logical Reasoning – must be able to use and apply logic and reasoning to tackle different payment Upgrade to see actual infomunication – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively via SMS, Email, Verbally, and Repots. Possess active listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide Upgrade to see actual infomitment – Provide exceptional results and responsiveness to team members.
Ethics – Be at work on time and be available to work as scheduled.
Attitude – Consistently maintain a positive attitude regardless of circumstances.
Qualifications

Smartphone
Internet Connection
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 1-year work experience in the related field.
Laptop with minimum i5 processor with TeamViewer / Anydesk
Work Schedule

8 hours a day
6 days a week
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: Php30,000.00 per month
